1. Engagement Parameters

Lytnex operates on a flat fixed-price system mapped to concrete milestones. Changes to milestones during the build phase require a mutually agreed-upon scope adjustment checklist.

2. Source Code Ownership

We believe in client ownership. Upon successful milestone completion and final balance clearance, Lytnex transfers 100% of all intellectual property, credentials, database keys, and source code ownership back to you. We execute this transfer securely.

3. SLA & Support Limits

All software builds include post-launch support details. Ongoing active monitoring, emergency bug fixes, and system scaling SLAs are subject to a separate signed monthly support agreement.
